The School of Social Work and Social Policy and the Children & Young People's Centre for Justice (CYCJ, based within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, are seeking to appoint a Modern Apprentice.

The post holder will be part of a large and busy support team undertaking administrative duties in support of general operations.

Delivery of services will require enthusiasm, personal responsibility and initiative from a bright individual.

To be considered for the role, you will have a minimum of 4 Nat 5's at Level A, B or C, which should include English, Maths and Computing/Administration, and have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service skills, face to face, via telephone and good IT skills are essential.
