Location:
Poole (Working from home) Travel to office twice per month
Starting Salary:
Up to £30,000
Hours:
Monday to Thursday - Between 8am - 6pm, Friday between 8am-5pm

The Role of the Digital Products Developer:
- Working under the direction of the Digital Products Manager to execute and support new and existing online insurance system builds. Develop, implement and manage marketing / sales automation workflows ensuring that customer/prospect engagement is maximised.
- Work under the direction of the Digital Product Manager to prepare, build, manage and implement digital insurance product solutions
- Manage and monitor project workflows to ensure product builds are delivered in line with business objectives
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure product test plans are executed effectively
- Assist in developing and managing automation workflows to ensure Marketing, Sales and Customer experience is maximised
- Assist in development and monitoring of scheme product reports to ensure digital products are producing a positive ROI
- Ability to manage own workload ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with timescales
Needed for the Role of the Digital Products Developer:
- Experience using Python is essential
- Coding experience ideally including HTML and CSS but not essential
- Proficient in SQL, experienced in SQL server management studio, report builder and visual studio
- Ability to switch between tasks when there has been a shift in priorities.
- Good communication skills, capable of communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage own workload ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with timescales
