Our client who are a growing telecommunications company, are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team.


Overview:


The main objective of the role is to manage the relationship and processes to ensure a smooth transition into the company.


Responsibilities (training provided):

  • Place and manage Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP, and mobile product orders using a variety of internal and external systems
  • Updating customers with fault progress and timescales regularly
  • Ensure all internal systems are updated with the provision changes

Desirable skills:

  • Time Management Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to work within a team as well as on own initiative
  • Be able to adapt to change
  • Excellent telephone technique and manner

This position will suit somebody who:

  • You are good on the phone and enjoy multi-tasking
  • You have a cando practical approach to your work
  • You enjoy working in a team and are happy to help in other areas
