The Recruitment Co are advertising on behalf of our client for an Admin Support Specialist to join a busy and expanding team; you will be part of an Independent Estate agency that deals with the process of buying and selling properties.

As an Admin Support Specialist you will be liaising with clients, agents and vendors to deliver a wide range of services. You will be the first point of call for new and existing clients, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

The position is open to anyone that is looking for a career change. All we ask is that you are a people person with customer service skills, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to cope under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Position Location - Chapeltown, Sheffield - S35

Salary - Basic: £21,000 OTE £22,800 per annum

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm


THE ROLE

  • Working in line with client requirements to adhere to targets and goals set
  • Updating I.T. systems to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Collating and completing reports for clients
  • Liaise with external parties and suppliers to collectively achieve the common goal
  • Contribute to team targets by completing allocated tasks in a timely manner

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Be able to achieve targets and goals set
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external parties
  • Manage your own workload and work as part of a team
  • Attend training sessions and meetings when required
  • Prioritise work, chase agents for reports
  • Able to support other department and team members when needed
  • Conduct own research in to property values and check agents reports
  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C or equivalent
