Estates Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Belfast.
This is a full-time, Permanent Position

Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 37.5 hours per week Mon-Sun


Salary:
£19,000


Job Purpose:


As the Estate and Facilities Administrator, you will be working within a dynamic team, interconnecting with other departments as well as with many service providers/contractors to provide full administrative support.


Essential Criteria:


  • At least 1 years' experience in an administrative environment
  • Proven experience of using full MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Liaising with internal external stakeholders to meet department contractual requirements
  • Assist the Estates Team Lead in the preparation of monthly department KPI's
  • Ability to prioritise duties and remain focused on relevant tasks, as demands may change with little notice
  • Maintain accurate and accessible records to assist in the compliance towards regulatory and legislative standards
  • Producing reports monthly on inspection readiness
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of department
