Sales Administrator

We are looking for a proactive, results driven and hungry individual to join us as we move onto the next stage of our growth.

Key duties:

As part of a small, but tight knit team, you will be responsible for:

Responding quickly to customers and potential new customers, following up every quote to win orders.
Exceeding assigned sales targets by hunting for prospect partnerships, opening new accounts and growing revenue across both new and existing business
Hitting a daily KPI average of 40 quality calls per day, where you are gathering new information, contact details or setting up facetoface or virtual appointments.
Preparing and implementing strategic sales plans for all customers to move the needle on growth in the business.
Gathering insights from External Sales Reps regarding customer expectations, challenges, and feedback.
Marketing the brand name through networking opportunities by attending various industry events and exhibitions

About you:

Proven history of B2B sales administration with sales activities
Tough mindset to take the knocks, even with welltargeted and professional sales approaches there will be some frustrating days
Experience working in startup culture
