Role Overview:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of relevant information to clients and other third parties by resolving issues and addressing requests with the Operations team
- Help with the onboarding of new clients and the administrative tasks associated with this
- Ensure all requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop open and effective communication with each client
- Liaise with other departments and insurance companies to ensure we deliver the best possible service to all clients
- Recognise, exemplify and adhere to Medservs values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of two years office based experience, ideally in a similar client account role
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge a distinct advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g.
- A customeroriented attitude
- High degree of attention to detail; must take responsibility for ensuring all work is correct
- Must be a team player
