Description

Prior's Court is a registered charity providing education and residential care for young people with complex autism aged 5-25, helping them to build brighter, more independent futures.

Based at their beautiful 50-acre estate, they are looking to hire an experienced Recruiter/Interviewer to work three days a week (flexible on which days) for a six-month duration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and conduct fair and objective interviews for contact staff who will be working directly with the young people across site
Collate and verify all paperwork is completed and a fair and consistent approach is followed throughout the interview process
Provide advice to the hiring managers, ensuring experience, skills and team fit are considered
Deliver a professional administrative and compliance service to ensure the recruitment process is run professionally and smoothly

About You

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

Salary:
£33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
