Quality Officer - Fixed 13 month contract

DN3- North Lincolnshire

£30,000 - £32,000

Monday to Friday - 8.30am -4.30pm

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Summit Selection are proud to be working with an industry leading agricultural business based in North Lincolnshire who are looking to add an experienced Quality Officer to their team on a fixed 13 month contract.

Reporting into the Quality Manager and working as part of the Technical team you will be responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of the quality management system.

You will be educated to degree level within a scientific capacity have a experience operating within a pharmecutical industry and have a strong analytical approach.

The Role:

Ensuring compliance with the requirements of pharmaceutical GMP and FAMI-QS.
Preparation and/or review of quality documentation including product quality reviews (PQRs), periodic safety update reports (PSURs), quality risk management, stability study protocols, and equipment and process qualification and validation.
Performing internal and external audits.
Performing weekly walkarounds/inspections.
Documentation and investigation of out of specification investigations (OOSs), deviations and change controls.
Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) planning, implementation, and monitoring.
Technical dossier authoring, with particular focus on CMC sections, including stability trend analysis, analytical testing and validation, and justification of specifications.
Review of batch documentation as required.
Release of products classified as dietetic complementary feeds.
Review and update of company standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, product formulations & specifications, Site Master File, Quality Manual and Validation Master Plan.
Adhoc QC checking of incoming and outgoing goods.
