This is an exciting opportunity to join our hardworking and dedicated team of HR professionals, working in a fast paced and varied role.

The role of HR and Payroll Assistant is pivotal to the success of the College in building a culture of trust, embedding the College's values and sustaining a high performing workforce.


The HR & Payroll Assistant will possess a CIPD Level 3 Certificate or an equivalent payroll qualification and must have at least 3 years previous experience in a HR Assistant or HR & Payroll Assistant role or similar.


The salary range for this role is SFCA Support Staff pay points 7-12 (currently £21,273 - £24,917 full time equivalent, or £12, £15,152.23 pro rata). The starting salary will be dependent upon experience.
