On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are seeking an Administrator for a6 month contract with the
possibility of extension working within our
Nationwide Building Society Swindon Office SN3 1TX
The role is based in our
Power of Attorney Department at Nationwide Building Society handling queries and disputes regarding payment disputes, sanctions and others across VISA, Direct Debit and ATM.

**Administrator
- Power of Attorney Department**
£11.53 per hour £ 20,984.6 per year
35 Hours Per Week
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm
No annual leave during first 6 weeks of the training period.
Start date is Monday 4 Sept 2023
Primarily a 6
-month contract with possibility of extension
What you'll do:
- You'll be servicing all aspects of existing transactions highlighted by customers in VISA, ATM and direct debits. Specific duties may vary depending upon the team you join.
- You will complete a variety admin tasks, information to be gained and a better understanding of correct documentation
- Each day you will be required to work on variety of systems where documents will be scanned therefore attention to detail and data accuracy is essential.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills dealing internally
- Following a variety of policy and procedure to complete process driven tasks
- Work within targets and deadlines to manage a heavy workload and time focused tasks.
- Work collaboratively within a team, providing support within other department where required.
What you'll bring:
You'll be part of our team to deliver an excellent customer service experience which in turn will promote repeat business.
You will handle admin related to any queries that potentially in regard to documents with Power of Attorney making sure all are correctly submitted and issued.
