Our client, Yamazaki Mazak is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.

Due to increased workload within the department, our client now has a requirement for an Administrator.

365 Resourcing is the preferred supplier to Mazak.

Service Department Admin:_

  • Quoting for parts. Ordering of parts
  • Checking and taking receipt of purchase orders.
  • Responding to field engineer requests.
  • Housekeeping and monitoring/closing of incidents.
  • General administration.

Spares:_

  • Meticulous checking of machine registrations.
  • Accurate logging of customer requests. Issuing of quotations with correct prices and lead times.
  • Familiarisation with looking in machine manuals.
  • Receiving of purchase orders, processing of parts orders.
  • Clear communication, keeping customers informed of progress or any delays. Also liaising with Coordinators to aid engineer scheduling, plus working with suppliers.
  • Follow up and tracking of deliveries.
  • Issuing of invoices, pro formas and working with Accounts.

  • Overtime is paid at Time 1/3 first 2 hours then Time 1/2 thereafter each day. Saturday is Time 1/2 and Sunday Double Time.

Pay:
£25,200.00 per year

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 5 years (required)
