About us


Working
across East Surrey, you will be leading a team to provide non-emergency assistance, as well as in-person wellbeing advice and signposting to local support services.


Responding to
alerts received by our
Alarm Receiving Centre in Leatherhead, you will be required to use a strengths-based approach to best support the individual. Situations you attend could range from assisting a non-injured person who may have fallen, to having a cup of tea and a chat with an individual who may be feeling lonely and isolated.


The service forms part of Mole Valley Life and Surrey County Council Adult Social Care team's transformational proactive and preventative pilot work to empower individuals to live safe and well at home for longer through the use of technology.


Full training will be provided, and no qualifications are necessary.
