The Role


At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well" and we can't do that without our specialist teams.


This time, we're on the lookout for an IT Service Desk Team Leader who will be working with Rich from our IT team.


What you will be doing


The primary purpose of the IT Service Desk Team Leader is to provide excellent support through the management of the Charles Tyrwhitt IT Service Desk function across all locations.

Maintaining a hands-on approach to managing the Service Desk function, you will always ensure a high level of support is delivered to the business.

You will lead and support the 1st and 2nd line Service Desk team, conducting regular 1-2-1 sessions, appraisal reviews and support their development needs.


What we are looking for


We're looking for a technical resolver who is technically competent to a 2nd line level and experienced across our technology solutions with a communications mindset.

You will have a engaging, empathetic and welcoming persona, with a customer focused attitude - service first methodology. You'll be willing and confident to stand out and lead.

*we have a hybrid working policy which requires you to be in our lovely offices 3 days per week*

That was over 3 decades ago and whilst Charles Tyrwhitt (it rhymes with spirit by the way) is still famous for proper shirts, these days we are about so much more than collars and cuffs.

Our purpose is to "make it easy for men to dress well". We take care of a chap's entire wardrobe, providing stylish solutions for every occasion. We make sure he gets what he wants, when and how he wants it.

Our spiritual home and flagship store is located on London's famous Jermyn Street.

Our Global Head Office is in London Bridge, whilst we also have an office in Manhattan to support our retail and online presence across North America, Europe and Australia.

Not forgetting our Distribution Centre and Contact Centre in Milton Keynes.
