About the role:


As the Customer Care and Catalogue Coordinator, you'll ensure the quality of our sperm donor program by meticulously reviewing clinical files and paperwork.

Your role involves administrative tasks, triaging information, and fostering a recipient-centric culture. You'll analyse sales trends, collaborate on marketing strategies, and maintain compliance with regulations. Building relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders is crucial.
