If you are an experienced real estate solicitor, this is your opportunity to join a collaborative Legal 500 firm in Birmingham.

You will become part of a growing and dynamic Real Estate team providing advice to clients predominantly in the Health and Care sectors.

Your caseload will be varied including acquisitions, disposals, investment, development and landlord and tenant matters.
You will be given an opportunity to be involved in business development and training of more junior team members.
Ideally, you will be an effective negotiator with strong commercial real estate experience and great attention to detail.
