Clinic Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Clinic Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis.

The full time position will include varied 8 hour shifts within our opening times which are: 9-8pm week days and Saturdays 9:00am-5pm

The Role is to:
Co-ordinate the clinic and to perform all the admin tasks which include:

Co-ordinating client sales and aesthetician recommendations
Work directly with clients both on the phone and face to face.
Coordinate the day's activities
Process appointments and use the booking system efficiently
Keeping client records in good order/using our digital filing system.
Dealing with all incoming inquiries in a time efficient manner.
Follow data protection and confidentiality protocol and legislation.
Provide a professional, prompt and friendly service to all clients.
General administration duties
Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional but outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer delight.

Essential requirements:_
A positive sales attitude and an understanding of what it takes to make people feel special
Knowledge & passion for the beauty / aesthetic industry
Excellent customer service
Friendly outgoing personality
Great at forwardthinking and using initiative
Flexible/Team Player
Work in a time efficient manner

Desirable requirements:

Successful experience in a sales environment
Beauty / Aesthetic knowledge
Previous experience as a Receptionist
Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist or Aesthetician would be fabulous but not necessary
