Aura Liberty Recruitment are an independent recruitment company providing temporary and permanent solutions across the United Kingdom. We are currently looking for Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and looking to become a leader with plenty of opportunity's and carrier progression.


Key Areas of the Role

Purpose


To provide the full range of recruitment and on-boarding services, maintaining recruitment collateral, careers pages, recruitment system, job descriptions and adverts.

Identifying suitable recruitment channels. Managing and developing our Employer Brand in all medias. Working closely as a team to maintain the required level of workforce flexibility.


Responsibilities

Sourcing

  • Using social media and recruitment partners to support your activities.
  • Enhance recruitment systems and efficiencies to ensure they are easy to use and effective.

Branding

  • You'll develop our online presence
  • Writing attractive advertisements to reach an appropriate audience or using recruitment partners to achieve this.
  • Working with marketing and external suppliers to ensure our collateral, like leaflets, website, online adverts, recruitment stands and material are all on brand and available for recruiting managers.
  • Taking responsibility for the careers pages and ensuring they are on brand, attractive to the high calibre recruits we seek

Recruitment

  • Provide advice and guidance on job design and evaluation to the recruiting managers
  • Planning and organising all documentation are completed
  • Coordinating, administering, managing, and participating in the recruitment process to support recruiting team managers
  • Liaising with Compensation and Benefits to ensure appropriate package for vacancies is agreed at the start of the process
  • Arranging any relevant assessments and feedback

General

  • Utilising Information in order to identify and drive for results in recruitment areas for improvement
  • Maintaining personal knowledge of all current and forthcoming legislation, policies, practices, and developments concerning Recruitment, to ensure best practice and compliance

Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dunstable: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
