A confident, creative and personable
Marketing Executive is required to join a growing and innovative design, manufacturing and installation organisation.

The role is a full time office job based in Baldock.

You will be working for an internationalbusiness (UK, Europe and the US), who have an impressive range of market leading clients.


As the
marketing executive you will be working with a number of departmental managers in order to coordinate and execute a whole range of marketing communications and business development campaigns and activities.

You will also work very closelywith the business in-house design team and an external marketing agency in order to design the develop these campaigns.


This is a great chance to work within a growing business with a fantastic client base where you can develop your marketing skills, The role also offers the long term potential to grow and develop within the organisation.


You will be report directly to the businesses Strategic Development/ Marketing Director and will have the opportunity to develop the organisations marketing strategy and then take ownership of that strategy and make it happen.

As the
Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:

  • The development and creation of the businesses annual marketing plans and annual budget management
  • The ownership and execution of social media activity including the development of online activities and writing online content
  • The production of monthly and quarterly marketing activity and performance reports
  • The organisation of marketing and sales based events
  • Breifing and the coordination of internal and external stakeholders including graphic designers and external agencies
  • Marketing and market research
  • Liaising with the sales management team to identify, develop and deliver sales support materials
  • Delivery of content, marketing materials and documentation that is aligned with the organisations brand standards
  • A degree in marketing
  • 1 to 2 years industry experience within a similar role
  • Excellent content writing and written communication skills
  • To be very proactive, a self starter who is able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • To be able to coordinate others ensuring deadlines are me
  • Strong hands on social media experience
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy in all of their work
  • To be able to multitask and hit deadlines
