Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

This is a new business hunter role within the mid-market (50 to 200 employees) with a salary of up to £30k (depending on experience)and commission with an uncapped OTE.


As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing business in new accounts in any of our services, Cloud, Print, or Communications.

You will develop leads and leverage marketing and networking to create sales opportunities, establishand maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, and understand the business needs of the customer.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads and leverage marketing and networking to create sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a robust new business pipeline
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Articulate how an implementation of technology can address customer needs
  • Determine solutions in collaboration with Pre-Sales and architecture teams
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, business cases, PoC's, and sales contracts
  • Manage client handovers to Client Managers or Service Delivery Managers
  • Stay current with market trends and cuttingedge technologies
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a selfstarter with a hunger to excel without compromising team work
  • Creative deal maker with the ability to think laterally
  • Ability to work under pressure in a targetdriven environment

Requirements:


  • A successful track record of 3+ years in an IT sales role with complex product offerings
  • Passionate about cuttingedge technologies and keeping up to date with market trends
  • Essential experience in Managed Services, Cloud Deployments, Cyber Security, Licensing, Print, and VoIP/UC
  • Superb clientfacing skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a selfstarter with a hunger to excel without compromising team work
  • Ability to work under pressure in a targetdriven environment
