Our client has approached us with a great opportunity to join their small but vibrant team as an based in Edinburgh City Centre
With a great salary of £25k and a working week of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Main duties and tasks:
- Answering enquires and requests, whether by telephone or in person from staff and clients
- To handle daytoday administrative tasks
- Liaising with suppliers, ordering supplies
- Preparing documents, papers, reports etc
- General administration duties as required including the arranging of couriers, booking taxis, office maintenance, printer checks & filing.
- Opening mail/deliveries and distributing.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential Alongside:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude with the desire to learn and build on skills and knowledge
- A selfstarter and team player, with the ability to use own initiative and work alone when required
- A commitment to excellent client service
