Meldrum Joinery & Building have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our fast-growing team.
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company's accounts, both payable and receivable.


Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to subcontractors/suppliers and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

Accounts Administrator


Responsibilities:


  • Subcontractor CIS
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and thirdparty vendors
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Prepare, send and store invoices
  • Identify and address discrepancies
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Other daytoday admin essential to the smooth operation of the business

Hours:

  • Full Time
  • Permanent Position

Salary:
Competitive - based on experience


Essential Experience:

  • Proficient in using Sage Payroll
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and managing Spreadsheets
  • Proficient in using SAGE 50 Accounts software, or similar
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous experience in the construction industry

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £27,000.00 per year
