Are you a recent graduate or a proactive individual looking to dive into both sales and management? We're seeking a motivated Sales and Management Trainee to join our team, offering comprehensive training in both domains and ample opportunities for growth.


Duties:


  • Participate in a structured training program covering sales techniques, team leadership, and client management
  • Shadow experienced sales and management professionals to learn about the sales process, client engagement, and effective leadership strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Gain handson experience in different aspects of business management, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Skills:


  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
From £25,936.75 per year
