Responsibilities:

  • Provide oneonone tutoring sessions to students in Piano / Keyboard
  • Assess students' academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans
  • Help students improve their study skills and develop effective learning strategies
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians

Experience:


  • Previous experience working as a tutor or in a related field is preferred
  • Experience working with children, especially in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of special education principles and strategies is a plus
  • Familiarity with tutoring techniques and resources. Ability to also play by ear.

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to establish rapport with students and create a positive learning environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Passion for education and a desire to help students succeed

Job Types:
Part-time, Freelance


Salary:
£21.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: - 5 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Croydon (preferred)
