The School of Communication and Creativity brings together our renowned Department of Journalism and Departments of Media, Culture and Creative Industries and Performing Arts.

The School will support and develop the next generation of practitioners to work across the cultural, creative and media sectors.


Based near the vibrant West End, with close industry links, Urdang has provided outstanding conservatoire-style training in Dance and Musical Theatre for over 50 years and is now an integral part of the Department of Performing Arts at City, University of London.

Our triple threat programme offers the next generation of fearless multi-hyphenates intensive specialist training in dance, singing and acting, equipping them with the skills needed for a career in the professional entertainment industry.


Responsibilities:

The Course Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administration of the Urdang course(s).

They will ensure the provision of an efficient and professional service to students and academic staff associated with the course working with the Senior Corse Officer and Professional Staff and Academics.


Duties include:

general course administration, student and staff queries, maintain and assist with student records, attendance and warning systems, induction activities, modules, assessment administration, personal timetables and extra-curricular events.
