CampManager is a leading systems provider within the caravan and camping industry.

We specialise in booking and management systems, predominantly for campsites, holiday parks and luxury glamping sites throughout the UK and Ireland.


With over 16 years experience and a growing client base of over 550 customers, the company is experiencing an exciting period of strong growth within the sector.

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking a motivated and charismatic individual to join our team.


This role is based in our office in Belfast, BT4 and is 40 hours a week with a salary of £20,000-£24,000 depending on relevant experience.


After full training, the position will involve:

  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth setup for new booking systems, as well as liaising with the client and other members of the team.
  • Providing tutorials to customers, demonstrating the features of the booking system and responding to their queries.
  • Assisting the technical department with testing updates for the website, as well as giving feedback and suggestions for improving the system.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager and the Account Manager.
  • Adhoc admin duties as required.
  • A minimum of two years officebased customer service experience, or a related qualification.
  • The initiative to effectively diagnose issues, react to and cope appropriately with customers, and satisfactorily resolve their issues.
  • The ability to 'think outside the box' and effectively solve customer queries within the parameters of the system capabilities.
  • Competently communicate with clients with a bright and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to liaise and communicate well with clients, developing and maintaining new and existing relationships.
  • As we pride ourselves on, and have a reputation for exceptional customer service, we are looking for someone who can complement this.
  • Must be well organised, used to working to tight time scales and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience working with Excel.
  • No experience in booking systems is required as full training will be provided, but you must be computer literate and able to quickly learn a new system.
