The difference you will make as a Customer Care Operative:
You will manage and continually improve the Customer Services experience for customers to ensure the organisation remains a leader in Customer Services at the premium end of the clothing industry.
You will also deliver a first-class service to our customers and address their maintenance needs and concerns though quality workmanship, professional attitude and within agreed timescales.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues throughout the business.
- Organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
