Job Details

As a Team Coordinator you will be responsible for working on a range of administrative, clerical and organising tasks. There will be an expectation that you will understand urgency and how to prioritise tasks effectively.

You will be instrumental in facilitating day to day activities and ensuring that important meetings are arranged.

You will be expected to work with department managers within Technical Services to identify and recruit workers, as well as being responsible for arranging training for staff members across the team.


You will be responsible for planning events, team meetings and department travel, helping to ensure that staff have the required information.


This is a role where you will be involved in all aspects of the department operations, which requires a high level of communication, understanding and a self-starting attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate team coordination by organising meetings and teambuilding activities while also capturing key outcomes and managing followups.
  • Streamline recruitment and professional development processes in collaboration with hiring managers, including the onboarding of new talent and scheduling training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks, such as processing team members expense claims, tracking departmental expenditures, and liaising with nonIT vendors to optimise service delivery.
  • Engage with the business through quarterly surveys to gather feedback on IT services.
  • Document and report on Technical Services' objectives, achievements, and financial performance.
  • Assist management in the maintenance of an uptodate rota and processing annual leave.
  • Handling communication with hotel agents (domestic and international) to secure great rates and maintain relationships.

£29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
