About The Role:

Here at CarFinance 247 we are looking to recruit a Data Rights Admin to support our continued growth

As a Data Rights Admin you will ensure that appropriate and complete responses are handled in a timely, accurate and balanced way to meet our customers' needs and ensure their compliance with information rights legislation.

About You:

Responsibilities Include

Support the administration of DSAR requests.
Ensure all assigned DSAR tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
Manage customer expectations and liaise with 3rd parties like the ICO (supported by a DPO and Data Rights Officer where required)
Assist with the maintenance of DSAR case load.
Keep up to date with changes in data protection law and regulations.
You may also be required to support other parts of the business with administration duties.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, trust, and credibility.
Capable of dealing with complex issues using problemsolving skills.
Highly responsive with a cando attitude and flexible working.
Ability to take instruction and perform actions effectively, whilst not being afraid to question further to fully understand knowledge gaps.

Skills

An ability to think logically and strategically.
Sufficient commercial awareness to understand, manage and navigate customer expectations.
Excellent communicator with the ability to deliver a clear message to a variety of audiences.
Ability to excel under pressure when working to tight deadlines.
Ideally some level of knowledge of the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation specifically individual Data Rights
