THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
As the Head of Data your focus will be to understand what data stakeholders need to make informed decisions and be part of strategic change in the brand, specifically you will:

Work with marketing, commercial and sales to understand what data they need to help the business grow
Lead the team in prioritising work load and supporting them technically, this role is more a strategic leader than hands on but as the team grows you will be expected to get stuck in
Focus on development of data and how it is used all across the business being proactive about change
Understand your team and help them double in size over the next 2 years

YOUR SKILLS

An expert in data, Salesforce, Data Visualisation and growth
Good knowledge of using data to drive insights and business strategy
Able to lead a team and experienced helping recruit and grow
