AECOM's Digital Business Improvement Lead will manage the strategic and technical implementation of our Business Improvement teams which compromised of Business Analysts, Low Code developers, UI/UX & data visualisation experts.
As the Digital Business Improvement Lead, you will be expected to have close relationships with our global partners in IT and Capabilities team to define and support strategic direction.
As a member of the Europe & India digital community you will work with leaders and partners from around the world to define and position AECOM Digital Consulting Services, to share best practices, to leverage global capabilities and to support opportunities and projects.
Working as one team we will also improve customers experience, deliver cost reductions through outcome-focused work and broaden our service offering to solve clients' complex challenges.
Role Responsibilities:
- Engage with key strategic customers to support them on their data journey and being their trusted partner.
- Coordinate with the Data Analytics & Engineering Lead and Data Science Lead to enable a smooth customer transition between the different development phases.
- Taking ownership, meeting deadlines, whilst building exceptional quality outputs
- Exceptional team management skills that will enable the management of a highperformance team.
- A good understanding and ideally experience with handson technical support and development of analytics solutions from requirement gathering to development and deployment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration to deliver IT and business strategic goals, and the translation of the strategy into a comprehensive and flexible technical approach.
- Showcasing proof points and case studies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in mentoring and coaching technical and nontechnical analytics teams.
- Experience of influencing nontechnical executive stakeholders from around the business
- Experience in business development and customer acquisition and retention.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of working with Azure DWH, Data factory and SSIS/Analysis Services.
- Familiar with some of the following technologies:
- SaaS; IaaS; PaaS (Software, Infrastructure, Platforms)
- Data Storage technology: SQL
- Microsoft technologies: DevOps; Windows 10; Office365; Power Platform

- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and influence senior leaders

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
