£10.50-£10.90 per hour
plus £63.31 Sleepover Rate

Earning upto £28,500pa on a full time contract

About the role

  • To support us with all personal and social care needs at home and within the community.
  • The service is staffed 24 hours per day as we require a wide range of support from one to one to individual support, this includes lone working and sleepovers.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop positive working relationships with all the individuals you support and enhance your skills within a supportive environment.
  • The number of support staff required for each individual is specific to them and dependent upon needs, activities and times of day.
  • This service is staffed 24hrs a day incorporating a variety of shift patterns and sleepovers. Staff will be expected to complete all shift patterns.
  • Staff are expected to support in recreational activities, events, shows and family visits.

  • The confidence to work on your own on a 11 basis with individuals
We're looking for Support Workers to join our close knit teams in the Workington area.

If you are hardworking, creative, fun, kind and enthusiastic you will fit into our existing team.


A typical day at the service may be supporting the individuals who live here with activities such as cooking, cleaning, administering medication, personal care and completing various community based activities.

It would be beneficial if you were a driver as we have works vehicles but it's not essential.
