Role summary:
Reporting to the Head of Technology you'll be responsible for the implementation and adoption of the project management methodologies and infrastructure into the team across both their internal and external technical project delivery.
THE ROLE As a Technical Project Manager you'll be responsible for managing a variety of technical projects, working alongside stakeholders and various teams to deliver your work.
Being a Technical Project Manager means you'll be working closely with the Technology team as well as Marketing, Operations, Sales, and other departments.
You'll be the lynchpin when it comes to co-ordinating and managing resources to deliver high quality outcomes, evaluate internal processes and ensure on-time delivery and implementation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND PURPOSE Technical:
- Manage highly technical, high impact data projects, such as data reporting and visualisation.
- Develop and manage end to end project plans and ensure crossteam alignment and ontime delivery
- Oversee assignments, report on risks, issues and accomplishments.
- Deliver project lifecycle communications during initiation, planning & execution.
- Drive closure of technical issues by working with the Technology and product teams
- Develop metrics to monitor project performance and bring in best practices and process improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Conduct user testing and manage deployment
- Run retrospective sessions, and any other meetings required to facilitate collaboration within the team
- Run post implementation sessions to understand lessons learnt
- Establish a full product launch procedure
- Manage a wider project roadmap with input from the Senior Leadership Team
- Identifying risks and issues and escalating unanticipated variations impacting project delivery Other:

Key Skills Essential: 5+ years of experience managing projects, building project documents and driving project management initiatives Proficient in managing agile projects Experience with PM tools, e.g.
