Salary:
£32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience


Permanent Full time - 35 hours per week

Hybrid Working - Home Based/Princes Risborough

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Research & Impact Advisor to join the team here at APM


Reporting into the Head of Public Affairs, the Research & Impact Advisor will be responsible for running APM's academic research programme; which aims to advance new and existing knowledge in project delivery to ensure that APM is the global thought leader in the field of project, programme and portfolio management.


The role holder will ensure that the academic research programme provides meaningful impact in the academic world and advances APM's charitable objects, delivering impactful content to support policy and public affairs work.


Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Academic research qualifications desirable
  • Project management qualifications desirable

Experience

  • Experience of running a research programme and related activities
  • Experience of delivering meaningful impact
  • Working in a professional body desirable
  • Working in an academic environment desirable

Skills

  • Communication first class communications skills including verbal, written and persuasive
  • Process ability to work with processes and update team on progress
  • Writing ability to repackage academic research into understandable briefings for different stakeholders
  • Project management ability to manage and successfully deliver long term research projects
