Norse Transport Division have a new and exciting opportunity for a
Fleet Administrator to join our team based at our Head Office on Fifers Lane, Norwich.
This position is being offered on a full time, permanent contract working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm.
As Fleet Administrator you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative tasks supporting the Norse Groups Fleet department, ensuring all relevant data is recorded and in line with company legislation and policy.
Duties will include;
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicles ensuring compliance with statutory documents and regulations
- Updating and maintaining fleet vehicle files, fleet lists, databases and paperwork as required
- General administrative tasks including, assisting with contract information, updating data, minute taking and supporting the Highways Management Team
- Recording vehicle accident and repairs as required.
- Inputting and maintaining all fleet insurance data accurately on the company database.
- Producing speed compliance reports and support for 'O' Licence audits and quality checks.
- Ordering fleet related work from subcontractors to support winter service and other Highway activities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Experience working within a reactive environment and changing priorities to meet the needs of the service
- Good organisation and excellent communication skills
