Description

The post holder will support the implementation of the customers ICT Strategies in line with the customers business needs supported by customer relationship processes and NHIS business strategies.

The post holder will be the main point of contact for NHIS Customers for non-fault related contacts.

To be the main contact point between the NHIS and Clinical Suppliers and other 3rd party equipment and service suppliers.

The post holder will receive, understand, investigate and process complex ICT information and issues for NHIS and its customers, in accordance with policies and procedures.


The post holder will provide systems ICT advice to the Head of Digital Strategy & Delivery, the NHIS Strategic Business Units and NHIS customers.

The post holder will manage elements of projects or supplier teams as required. The NHIS Digital Business Team (DBT) maintain and develop positive and robust relationships with NHIS customers.
