Merchandiser Winchester £24/25,000 (DOE)

We are supporting a local business in the search for a Merchandiser to support the Operations Team. This role is varied and very hands-on within a small team. The role is pivotal within the Operations team for all aspects of merchandising and sales administrationacross the brands. This role requires efficient administration and communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Sales order processing, using a webbased system provide administration support for all the sales order through to delivery and logistics
  • Purchase order processing, working with the sales team and Concessions Manager to collate sales orders. Liaising with Teams across the globe
  • Sales support and general administration to support wider teams
  • Logistics, close liaising with the inhouse warehouse teams and company's 3rd party warehousing operation with regards to arrivals and dispatches
  • Product information, working closely with the product team to maintain data for all the brands and provide information on products
  • To provide support and holiday cover for other members of the team
The Person

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar Administration role
  • Excellent level of attention to detail
  • Strong level of IT experience with MS office packages, especially Excel
  • Good verbal, written and numerical skills
  • Being really organised and able to prioritise always is key
  • A team player, willing to help any team to achieve the end goal
  • Accuracy under pressure is important
  • Someone willing to learn and absorb information is crucial
This is fantastic, varied role that will give you scope to grow and develop within the business. This is a full-time office-based role a walking distance from Winchester town centre. There is parking available.
