The Impact you will have:


  • Company Health and Safety guidelines to be followed at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe.
  • Supporting the controller to deliver industry leading business performance to exceed regional targets by optimising the planning of PM services to meet the customers schedule and support the delivery of Engineer productivity, work and time management. Effective call handling and customer liaison.
  • Ensuring purchase order numbers are obtained prior to starting any chargeable work.
  • Saturday morning telephone cover (Rota)
  • Maintaining effective communication keeping all relevant parties informed, always managing expectations.
  • Coordinating work in progress by ensuring PM jobs are completed in the field in a timely manner.
  • Actively promote team working ethic and provide support to cover colleagues as and when necessary.
  • Effectively problem solve and take ownership of issues to resolution.
  • Reporting on Engineer nonproductive hours and overtime.
  • Coordinating regional holiday planner to ensure both local and national coverage is in place.
  • When needed coordinate Engineer vans in for Service, repairs and purchase road tax
  • Supporting with the training of new team members
  • Optimising business opportunities to generate additional revenue.
  • Undertaking any reasonable task requested by a regional line manager

What will help you to excel in this role:

  • 2 years in maintenance / PM planning environment
  • 2 years demonstrable experience in technical environment
  • 5 years' experience with customer liaison and coordination
  • Process accuracy and Commercial Astuteness
  • Excel data management and reporting
  • Industry knowledge to promote supply chain innovation in sector
  • Exceptional customer communication and influencing skills
  • Quality management and issue resolution
