Pro Locums 24 is looking for experienced support workers, to join our client who specialises in supporting young adults diagnosed with autism, challenging behaviour.

Shifts are Monday to Friday (27.5 hrs per week) during the day or fulltime with alternate weekends (37.5 hrs per week).


These are permanent positions.


You will work alongside a team of support workers dedicated to helping service users achieve new heights in independence and educational activity.


If you need more than 27.5 hours a week this role will not be right for you.

In which case our fulltime position working a mixture of early and late shifts with alternate weekends with 37.5 hrs per week will be best for you.
Please note locations are in Kings Norton, Kings Heath & Harborne,


Requirements:


  • Minimum 6 months ideally 2 years recent work experience as a support worker managing challenging behaviours of a verbal and physical nature

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.52-£12.72 per hour


Day range:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Weekends only

Shift:

  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
