The Senior Specialist position is an integral part of Accruent's Operations team, which is responsible for creating sales and renewal offers for the Sales and Customer Success team.

This role is also responsible for processing and obtaining approval for sales and renewal orders.

The Senior Specialist coordinates and collaborates with the Sales and Customer Success teams regularly as part of Accruent's Business Operations Unit.

This position reports directly to the Manager, and this is a remote work from home opportunity with flexible office space on demand.

How you'll make a difference:

Must be able to meet deadlines and multitask
Maintains positive and collaborative communications and collaboration with all employees, customers, contractors and vendors
Owns and runs the deal review process
Identify, raise and ensure resolution to deal review issues
Learn and handle the quote request process
Maintains sales order operations documentation, keeping it up to date and accurate
Collaborates with client facing team members, as needed

What you bring to the table:

Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
College or University degree
23 years prior related work experience
Works well in ta team environment as well as independently
Selfmotivated and able to work under pressure with sense of urgency
Strong critical thinking skills, analytical and enjoys problem solving

Preferred skills/experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred or equivalent work experience
Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or operations
Proven success in role driven by deadlines, process, reliance on data and continuous improvement
Previous experience with a customer relationship management tool like Salesforce or Siebel
Strong Microsoft Suite of skills

This job does not require travel domestically or internationally,
This is a fulltime, exempt opportunity.
Relocation will not be considered for this position.
