Senior Occupational Therapist - Early Intervention Community Team

Banding:
B6/7

You will be working in a friendly team and will be accountable to Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist.

You will assist in the prevention of inappropriate hospital admissions and the facilitation of hospital discharge in line with the overall objectives of the service.

You will work with multi professionals, support other team members' roles and contribute to the future development of the service.

Criteria for this OT opportunity:

6 months+ experience (NHS or Private within the UK)
Must have the right to work within the UK
2 professional references required
