HAYWARD HAWK is proud to be working a recognised charity in their search for a Payroll Specialist to join their Belfast team. Having experienced exceptional growth over the last few years they now seek an experienced individual to join the payroll department.


The role:


You will be part of a team, processing and reviewing high volume UK & ROI payrolls, dealing with payroll related queries from employees and internal teams and ensuring the payrolls are fully compliant at all times.


The Duties

  • End to end payroll preparation including calculations and review to ensure accuracy
  • Providing correct delivery of payroll output
  • Submission of RTI to HMRC and Pension Uploads to the pension provider
  • Adhoc payroll advice both internally and externally

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years, end to end, payroll processing experience
  • Excellent end to end payroll knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong Powerpoint / Google Slides skill
  • Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
