HEAD OF GROWTH (Marketing) - OPERATIONS TEAM

up to £70,000 + Bonus + Share Options

London Based (Victoria Station) with Remote working available 2 days per week.

SESSIONS - The Record Label for Food.

Sessions has now become a market leader with our licensing model, the company now works with over 250 'host partners' - these are F&B businesses who are using Sessions brands - a large number of the most exciting food brands on the market.

Sessions will soon grow from 250 to 1,000 host partners, and more host partners will become franchisee partners as well as licencing partners.

Sessions will also continue to significantly grow the Tech side of the business with both hardware and software to optimise the whole estate.

Finally, Sessions owns and operates the iconic Shelter Hall Food Hall on Brighton's Sea Front.

An exciting new senior hire for Sessions, the Head of Growth Marketing is responsible for our go-to-marketing strategy and growing Sessions' brands' reach inside and outside of delivery.

A self-sufficient role for someone looking to step up in their career and take on a more strategic and impactful remit.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Oversee and drive fire for all gotomarket channels (owned, paid and earned) which includes;
Social and influencer paid campaign management
Newsletter
Website oversight
PPC (Host and Consumer)
SEO
Growth opportunities
Physical site activation (franchises)
Fulfilling services marketing for our host partner network and delivery platform partners to maximise customer reach and GMV potential
Developing growth loops across the business through testandlearn cycles.
This may include promotions, referrals or loyalty programmes
Responsible for all marketing channel performance and growth with monthly

- analytics and health metrics shared

Hand off from Brand Director on Brand launches once validated
Partnering with the Tech & Analytics team on growing app usage and acquisition

REQUIRMENTS:

Bachelor's degree
B2B / D2C high growth tech sector experience
Strong experience in consumer behaviour/understanding
Experience dealing with large PPC/ paid budgets versus outsourcing
Agency experience considered
Ability to drive campaigns and able to move things through the organisation.
Some creative experience preferred
Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food
Expert level of English language
Right to work in the UK
