Description

The Role:
As a Studio Admin Assistant, you will be responsible ensure all the Design Studio administrative tasks are accurately completed.

You will play a fundamental role in ensuring that the studio administration is completed thus enabling the studio to operate smoothly.

You will support the designers and additionally, you will also liaise with stakeholders from different functions (Product Merchandising, Pre-Production etc.) to ensure all the relevant information is gathered, recorded, and shared to allow the efficient development of the collection.

You will support the Studio important preparing rooms, creating boards, photography of samples and any other activity aimed to support the Studio and the Leather Goods Design team.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Leather Goods Design team.
  • Attend design meetings and ensure that product specifications are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Follow up of colour and material approvals and update documents accordingly.
  • Organise data in a thorough and organised manner with the aim to provide better information to other departments.
  • Organise meeting logistics (prepare rooms, create boards, photography of samples)
  • Support the Studio Designers with queries and adhoc request to support their workload.
  • Microsoft pack Indesign would be a plus.
  • Demonstrate an interest in fashion and willing to learn new skills.

Skills:

  • Use of MS Excel (must enjoy working on spreadsheets)
  • Microsoft InDesign package knowledge would be beneficial
  • Attention to details and great organisational skills
  • Great ability to communicate across departments and external stakeholders
