Luckily for you, I'm helping one of the world's biggest and most recognisable brands who has recently implemented a B2C Salesforce instance, spanning Experience, Service & Marketing Clouds and includes installed packages, such as Limio and Zuora; this isan exciting opportunity to be part of a Digital Transformation programme to improve their Customer Experience.


In a business of over 5000 employees, the Salesforce & IT Transformation team ranked as the most highly engaged team in the business, so your working environment will be excellent, with other people passionate about this project.


  • You will interact with stakeholders to understand Salesforce requirements and subsequently translate them into technical specifications.
  • You will manage delivery of functional and technical solutions and system integration's including testing strategy and execution.
  • You will ensure proposed technical solutions meet Salesforce coding best practice and code coverage to be at 90%+.
  • You'll keep uptodate with new Salesforce releases and promptly identify features which could add value to the Salesforce users.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Administrators within the team.

The ideal skills for success in this role are:

  • In depth Salesforce experience (from administrator to developer) gained in a similar role.
  • At least Administrator, Platform Developer I and Sales Cloud Consultant Certified.
  • Experience working on Salesforce products
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with SSO with Salesforce as both the identity and service provider, and knowledge of authentication mechanisms for Salesforce.
  • Develop with semistructured data like JSON.
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP API's.
  • Ability to design complex SOQL and SOSL queries.
  • Experience developing custom frontend Lightning components through Aura and/or Web Components.
  • Code deployment experience using Salesforce DX with Github or Copado.
  • Knowledge of Java and Javascript.
  • HTML and CSS experience.
The position is offering £65,000 to £80,000 +
