About the Team & Business Line:

About You:


  • ICSA qualified or part qualified or a similar academic background;
  • 3 years minimum of relevant industry experience and managerial experience;
  • Commercial, serviceminded, handson and dynamic attitude plus international mindset;
  • Strong analytical skills and leading by example;
  • Excellent (interpersonal) communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Good planning and time management/prioritization skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously as well as liaising with other departments within a large organization;
  • Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude in all aspects of the role, be selfmotivated, focused on and take pride in the achievement of personal, team and organizational goals.

Your Role:


  • Enhance current servicing levels, deliver beyond client expectations;
  • Assist in ensuring adequate procedures/processes are in place;
  • Identify areas of efficiencies where necessary;
  • Assist in the onboarding for new client setup and transitions;
  • Assist with team resource planning;
  • Manage and monitor the timing and quality of work client deliverables from more junior members of the Guernsey team and Citco outsourced jurisdiction. Report to team leader of any potential issues;
  • Keep up to date with local regulation ensuring full adherence and implementation of such developments where required and impact to Citco clients. Highlight to team leader and colleagues as appropriate;
  • Aware of the listing rules and continuing obligations of, primarily, the London Stock Exchange and locally, International Stock Exchange;
  • Be aware of and review company compliance with local and UK and AIC Corporate Governance Codes;
  • Liaise with auditors, lawyers, notaries and other professional external parties as required;
  • Review of prime documents for clients (e.g. MandA, Prospectus/Scheme Particulars etc);
  • Organise, prepare agendas for and take minutes of client board meetings and general meetings as required as well as any follow up action;
  • Establishment of companies, limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships; winding up/dissolution of same
