An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and highly organised individual to join our Anaesthetic Medical Team as the Anaesthetic Services Clerical Officer.

As part of this role, you will arrange meetings for hospital representatives with Consultants in the department whilst providing services to take and transcribe minutes at meetings. You will also process annual, study and duty leave of both consultants and trainees whilst supporting the Support Service Organiser in the drafting and completing of complex rotas, troubleshooting any difficulties that may arise. _
For this role it is essential that you possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to relate to people of all disciplines and at all levels within the organisation. You will also hold an RSA Stage III typing/word processing qualification or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience. _
