    What's the role?


    The PMO Technical Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making, governance, and digital transformation within the Programme Management Office.

    The role focuses on developing and maintaining PMO tools and reporting dashboards, ensuring data integrity across project systems, and supporting the configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of modern work management platforms, deployed by the PMO.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain portfolio, program, and project reports and dashboards to support decision-making across the organisation.
    • Consolidate data from multiple systems (e.g., project management, financial, and resource tools) to provide accurate and timely portfolio insights.
    • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within PMO reports and repositories.
    • Act as a technical lead or key support resource during the implementation and rollout of business systems (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics), including requirements gathering, configuration, customisation, testing, and deployment.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between new and existing systems, data sources, and applications.
    • Support PMO governance by ensuring that reporting aligns with portfolio management frameworks and standards.

    What are we looking for?

    • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
    • Certification in one or more of the following is preferred.
    • 3–6 years of experience in a PMO, data analytics, or system implementation role, preferably in a project-based environment.
    • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Project ecosystem.
    • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
      • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910/MB-920)
      • Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300)
      • Project Management (APM PFQ/PMQ, PMP, or PRINCE2)
