Description
The Post holder acts as a key point of contact for Health Team at the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
They will ensure that, colleagues within and external to NHS Sussex / the ICS, clients, members of the public and external stakeholders receive a courteous and supportive response to a range of queries and requests for information, on the telephone and in person.
The post holder will play a key role in organising and supporting the gathering of health related information to and from MASH.
They will ensure that records are kept up to date and secure and will respond to queries and requests, seeking advice from Line Manager as requested.
Sensitive information will be shared by the post holder, as appropriate, and they will work in collaboration with the other MASH Team Administrators across Sussex, as required, which may involve supporting/covering the work.
The job holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.
