Description

The core function of this role is to provide support and assurance to the business in processing learner data and meeting funding and regulatory body requirements.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Data Management:


  • Timely and accurate processing and auditing of enrolment, on programme and leaver paperwork in ensuring compliance with ESFA rules
  • To safeguard all data tracking procedures are documented and available for audit and inspection
  • Remain up to date with all ESFA funding regulations

Funding Compliance:


  • To ensure that all mandatory evidence is systematically and securely stored and retained in compliance with ESFA regulations
  • To help set up and maintain learner portfolios on BUD
  • Complete verification forms for all learners
  • Coordinate the completion of client H&S forms and monitor annual refresher requirements
  • Supporting on any external funding audits as and when they arise
  • Audit Math's and English exemptions and process resulting certificates.

Other Responsibilities:


  • To assist with the ongoing training of operation staff
  • To provide support to queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Any other additional duties as requested by the Head of Funding & Compliance

£ £22 000 DOE pro rata.
